Meet Tim

Hi, I’m Tim Mars. I’m grew up in northwest Iowa and graduated from Northwestern College with a Bachelor’s degree in business. I have been in the insurance and financial services industry since 2002. During my time in the industry, I have held various roles including Agent, Agency Business Consultant and Financial Representative. I have been a District Manager with Farm Bureau Financial Services since 2015. My wife, Dawn, and I have three children: Faith, Hannah and Micah. My favorite hobby is playing golf, which I played competitively for several years. I love to be with my family, and we enjoy doing outside activities, riding bikes, playing tennis and going to movies. I'm also involved in our church activities, local Chamber, Kiwanis and helping coach youth sports.

As a District Manager, my goal is to help individuals grow a successful business and make an impact in their local community! As an Agent with Farm Bureau Financial Services, you can enjoy the work/life balance you have always wanted while making unlimited income.
