Meet Monte

Hi, I’m Monte McQuigg. I was raised and went to school in Shattuck, OK prior to attending college at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. I have a background working with Oklahoma Farm Bureau before I made the switch to the insurance and financial services industry in 2003. I previously worked for Farm Bureau Financial Services in South Dakota as an Agency Manager for 10 years. I continued to grow my experience in the insurance industry prior to returning to Farm Bureau Financial Services in 2024. 

As an Assistant District Manager, my goal is to maintain and improve current agents’ success, as well as recruit, train and contract quality prospective agents.  

I’m looking for agents who are compassionate, driven, independent, competitive, have a positive entrepreneurial attitude and great communication skills.
