Meet Matt

Hi, I’m Matt Davidson. I am originally from Republic, Missouri and attended Pittsburg State University to earn my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Technology Management. After graduating, I started in the insurance industry as claims representative, agent and sales leader, prior to becoming an Assistant District Manager. I currently reside in Kansas, with my wife, Lyndsey, and our three children, Gehrig, Mattingly and Millie.

As an Assistant District Manager, my goal is to actively recruit, develop and grow Farm Bureau agents that want to make a difference in their communities.

I am looking for agents who have integrity and an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrate perseverance and are community minded.
