Meet Marty

Hi, I’m Marty Rogers. I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Throughout my career I’ve spent years in sales training, development and coaching as well as recruiting high performing talent. I also have over 25 years of leadership experience in the retail, wholesale, medical and financial sectors. I currently reside in Lenexa, Kansas with my spouse, Lien, and we have six children.

As an Assistant District Manager, my goal is to support agents to achieve high levels of success through coaching, training and mentorship.

I’m looking for agents who are adaptable, resilient, have a business owner mentality and relationship building skills.
