Meet Jen

Hi, I’m Jen Nielsen. I am from Mankato, Minnesota where I graduated high school and college. I graduated with a Paralegal Degree from Rasmussen University, and at the time I wanted to be “Erin Brokovich” and help people. I have a background in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship and leadership. I began my role as an agent at Farm Bureau after meeting with my current agent for a SuperCheck®. I respected the company as a client/member and even more so after becoming an agent and now District Manager. I still reside in Mankato where I have raised three boys that are actively involved in our community in sports and agriculture. In our free time, you can find us kayaking on the river or fishing in the lake.

As a District Manager, my goal is to help people achieve their dreams through financial security and independence. I want to empower my team with the support, tools and resources needed to be successful in this industry.

I’m looking for agents who are hard-working, entrepreneurial, sociable, coachable and motivated and driven to succeed.
