Meet Jason
Hi, I’m Jason Gossard. I grew up in Independence, MO. I hold a degree in Insurance and Risk Management from Missouri State University and have earned the LUTCF and CLU designations. I’ve held various positions within the industry. My wife, Melissa, have two sons, Ty and Matteo, and I enjoy coaching their sports teams. We enjoy outdoor activities including boating, snowboarding and camping. We’re also actively involved in our church and the community.
As a District Manager, my goal is to help my agents be successful. If they are all achieving their individual goals, we'll achieve our collective goals. I believe the agents I lead would tell you that our relationship feels more like a friendship, or family, than a manager/agent relationship. I consider it my responsibility to help them succeed through servant leadership.
