Meet Jared

Hi, I’m Jared Spangenberg. I grew up in Red Oak, Iowa and graduated from Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa. I entered the financial services industry in 2008 when I became an Agent with Farm Bureau Financial Services in Council Bluffs, Iowa. In 2018, I became a District Manager in southwest Iowa, which I have always considered to be "home". My family is #1 to me. We enjoy travelling and experiencing new places. I’ve always had a passion for sports. I enjoy being involved with coaching youth baseball and helping at high school sporting events throughout the year. When time permits, I can’t think of many things better than spending a nice day with good music on the stereo and barbecuing with family and friends.

As a District Manager, my goal is to be an advocate for our agents and see them enjoy successes in their careers while making positive impacts throughout the communities we serve.

I am looking for agents who are social, enjoy being around people and are seeking an unlimited earning potential. The ideal candidates are goal driven, confident, reliable and aspire to do right for others.
