Meet Haiden

Hi, I’m Haiden Smith. I grew up in a small town in South Dakota. I also grew up participating with the Farm Bureau Federation my entire life. I attended the University of South Dakota where I studied Business Management. I joined Farm Bureau Financial Services in 2009. I currently work and live in eastern South Dakota with my wife, Jennifer, and two children, Kate and Alex. I love sports, especially college football. During the summer my family and I enjoy boating and water sports.

As a District Manager, my goal is to develop a culture of high performing Agents.

I am looking for agents who are high energy problem solvers.
