Meet Adam

Hi, I’m Adam Gray. I have been in the insurance and financial services industry since 2006. I began my career in inside sales before transitioning to a multiline agent. I then transitioned into a role serving as the Director of Sales for a marketing/advertising company. I have been with Farm Bureau Financial Services since May 2017. My wife, Julie, and I have three children: Jake, Owen, and Olivia. I have four brothers and a sister that all live in Iowa. When I’m not working, I enjoy coaching my kids' sports, golfing and spending time with my family.

As a District Manager, my goal is to help agents own and operate their own businesses. I love to watch people grow their business all while making an impact in our local communities. I believe in a hands-on approach through joint work and mentorship to help our agents succeed.
