From the beautiful Caribbean to Scotland to Alaska, see how our agents have enjoyed past travel incentive destinations, find out what’s in store for 2025 and discover how to earn your next amazing experience!

2025: Bahamas and Aruba

Agents who qualify for the 2025 incentive travel programs will spend time enjoying the Caribbean’s sunshine and natural beauty.

All American qualifiers will travel to Nassau, Bahamas, where they will stay at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, an ultra-luxurious oceanside resort that features fine dining, a casino, golf and many amenities including pools and the unsurpassed Baha Bay water park.

Super All American agents will take a private charter flight from Nassau to Aruba, where they will spend four nights at the Ritz Carlton, located right on Palm Beach. The Ritz Carlton offers two pools, five restaurants, a spa, a 24-hour casino, water activities and off-road exploring. Plus, it’s a leisurely walk from the hotel to top-notch shopping and dining.

2024: Silversea Alaskan Cruise

Alaska has long been a bucket list destination for our attendees, and agents who qualified for the 2024 All American had the opportunity to go on what’s famously known as the “Last Frontier.”

The experience began with an overnight stay in Anchorage, Alaska, before boarding a private motorcoach transfer to Seward, Alaska. The exclusive charter cruise then set sail for a seven-day adventure, visiting ports of call including:

  • Hubbard Glacier
  • Juneau
  • Haines
  • Sitka
  • Ketchikan
  • Vancouver

Super All Americans had an additional three days in Vancouver where they were able to enjoy the beautiful mountain and harbor views. Agents and their guests stayed at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, admired the world’s largest ocean and visited Stanley Park’s Seawall marine path.

2023: Ireland & Scotland

Ireland and Scotland are must-see destinations full of history and stunning natural terrain. Agents who earned Super All American status had the opportunity to visit Edinburgh, Scotland, in 2023.

Attendees first checked into the five-star hotel in the heart of the city, The Balmoral, located on Princes Street, near The Royal Mile and other popular sights. A walking tour oriented them with the area, and they had time to stroll and shop on the Royal Mile.

One of the highlights of the experience was the farewell dinner and reception on the Royal Yacht Britannia. It was Her Majesty the Queen’s floating palace for over 40 years. Many members of the Royal family honeymooned on the yacht before it was decommissioned in 1997. Our agents were treated like members of the Royal family as they discovered the heart and soul of this Royal residence.

Agents who earned All American status visited Dublin, Ireland, and attended a private reception at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland’s oldest university. While at the college they received a private tour of the Book of Kells.

They also enjoyed:

  • Wicklow Wonders
  • Coasts and castles, including the stunning natural features of the Giant’s Causeway in Northern Ireland
  • Tours of the historic Guinness Storehouse in Dublin and the Jameson Distillery
  • Belfast, Black Taxi & Titanic
  • Kilkenny

2022: Hawaii

Super All American agents traveled to Lanai, Hawaii. There, they enjoyed their stay at the Four Seasons Resort Lanai, a five-star, five-diamond resort on the southeastern coast of the pristine island. The resort sits just moments away from many of the most scenic spots, best reached by foot or 4x4 truck, where the Hawaii found in vintage postcards comes vibrantly to life.

Days included lounging by the lagoon-style pools, ziplining and golfing at the Manele Golf Course. From the rugged uplands to the aquatic sanctuary of Hulopoe Bay, the opportunities for adventure — and relaxation — were endless.

All American qualifiers enjoyed the Kapalua area of Maui, staying at the Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua. There was something in Maui for everyone, including:

  • Waterfall hikes
  • Biking Haleakala
  • Snorkeling
  • Swimming and golfing at the famous Plantation Course
  • Helicopter rides over the beautiful island

The experience was complete with a high-energy, decades dance party with themed costumes on the final evening!

2021: Los Cabos, Mexico

Los Cabos provides the perfect backdrop for a getaway. Super All Americans and All Americans who qualified in 2020 enjoyed adventure and beach-side relaxation in Los Cabos in 2021 where they could experience:

  • Pacific ATV adventure: An inspiring and exciting ride along the beach and through the desert, exploring areas that they never thought could exist
  • Catamaran snorkeling around the tip of the Baja peninsula with a pass by Lover’s beach, whose opposite shore connects the Sea of Cortez with the cold Pacific Ocean
  • Learning about the great tequila houses and what makes them stand out with Jorge Cuervo, the great grandson of Jose Cuervo
